AM-PACK Release Note | Version 2024.2

AM-PACK stands for Advanced Management Package and is our comprehensive add-on to Polarion ALM from Siemens. AM-PACK makes Polarion usable out of the box in all phases of the development of mechatronic/cyberphysical components that are installed, for example, in e-mobility, trains, ships and medical technology. The new AM-PACK version 2024.2 brings attractive new features:

• Up to now, customers of AM-PACK have received access to the UPPS! Extensions Intelligent Navigator and WorkItem Hider for free. We are delighted to announce that AM-PACK customers can now benefit from all available UPPS! Extensions on offer, meaning you can make use of the Links Synchronizer as well as the License Monitor extensions.
• You can access a partial implementation of the DFMEA via the Control Window, implementing the steps Planning & Preparation as well as Failure Analysis.
• The majority of LiveDoc types now support Polarion's Signature feature as part of its workflow. Documents requiring a signature in order to be released can be performed from within Polarion this way. In addition, a report page supports users keeping an overview of ongoing signature workflows.
